Roberta Lea is a singer/songwriter and producer from Virginia. She is looking forward to exploring the country music genre and as a member of the Black Opry Revue. From getting nominated and winning at the Veer Music Awards, aaving her music videos featured on CMT, and being featured in publications such as NPR, Roberta Lea’s future looks bright. 

Episode 75: Featuring Drew Ferebee

Drew Ferebee, founder of Injoy, is an experienced Mental Health professional who considers it a privilege to have served in a plethora of different settings in the mental health field over the past 6 years. She received her Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University in Human Services with a minor in children’s rights. Her undergraduate studies made her intensely passionate about the emotional wellbeing of her community. Her counseling experience has given her a profound understanding of people. She is skilled in trauma, abuse, suicide prevention, advocacy, policy, and crisis intervention. Drew's energetic nature is contagious as it encourages and inspires others to find the good and passion in their work as well. People are her biggest passion.

Because Smoove simply feels like he eats every track he hops on, he feels like he eats these rappers up, he feels like his words are food for thought, at the same time, every beat is a sampled beat. Episode 72: Featuring Quoyah

Quoyah is an artist, born in Jersey though raised in the 75. But it was in Richmond where Quoyah began to find her authentic voice, sound and style. Quoyah started creating music in December 2019 and hasn’t stopped since. Quoyah loves to indulge in art of all forms including poetry, painting, pottery, dance and singing. For Quoyah, singing is her way of expressing intense emotions. A lot of the time, it's very hard to find the words for the depth of our feelings and sometimes it's just easier to sing it all out and compose a song in a way that expresses every detail of how you feel.
